Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with investors, business partners, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and risks of business agreements.
- Assist with the submission of regulatory and legal compliance documents.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts and business operations.
Role Requirements
- Degree in Law (with a focus on Corporate or Contract Law preferred).
- 1-2 years experience in contract law, ideally in fintech or banking.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive with a strong willingness to learn.
