- Perform daily journal entries to record financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Conduct bookkeeping tasks including recording income and expenses, maintaining general ledgers, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support senior staff in analyzing financial data and identifying trends or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve any issues or inquiries.
- Maintain organized documentation and records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Strong work ethic and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software platforms such as Xero is a plus.
- Nice to have: Experience working with tax consultants or knowledge of tax-related processes.
