Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end execution of B2B and internal projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and project objectives are achieved.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, presentations, execution trackers, and post-project reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers, and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage stakeholder communications, provide regular project updates, and align expectations across teams.
- Support project scoping, proposal development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or related roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
