Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  1. Assist founders in running company-wide monthly updates
  2. Help founders with day-to-day operational items
  3. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members and ensure that all parties are on track with targets, project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  4. Identify key issues, roadblocks form each team and cascade to senior level
  5. Support and mobilize teams to solve raised issues

Role Requirements

  1. Undergraduate students on any related fields
  2. Experienced in conducting research, analyzing, and synthesizing data
  3. Have decent critical and analytical thinking skills
  4. Understand the local Indonesian context and financial pain points faced
  5. Good communication skill in English, both oral and written
